Waterfront Happy Place
Hello! I love dogs - of all kinds! I am currently working from home, so I have complete flexibility to give the best care for your dog - with breaks or walks whenever needed. We have a large amount of waterfront beach with 2.8 acres of space to run and explore. We do also have a fenced in area on the property. I have always had dogs (and many other animals), currently we have a Coonhound mix and chocolate Lab. We also have 3 cats and 10 chickens.

We were worried about leaving our recently adopted pup, especially for a last-minute stay. Margo responded quickly, and we were so thankful she was up for the challenge of a timid and in-training dog! Summit's stay with Margo was great -- we got pictures of fun walks and even some water time. When we came to get her, Summit was completely won over! Thanks for putting our minds at ease and giving Summit a great weekend.
Margo was a great sitter for Kenichi. I was a little nervous as he's only a puppy, but I am glad that he was well taken care of and absolutely exhausted when I brought him home. Margo sent lots of pictures of the pup during his stay. I'm very happy and will be coming back.
Margo was awesome! D'Argo normally has a huge problem with separation anxiety and staying with Margo is the 1st time this has not happened. Margo asked for all pertinent information to make sure that she would be able to care for D'Argo properly and her attitude showed her love of dogs. I picked up a happy dog. It was obvious he had a good time. I would definitely hire Margo again.
Margo was nearby, communicative, and caring.
Margo is the best one we find in Rover. My pup stayed with her all day lone. She took our Teemo even when she had lunch. Our pup was supper happy as I can see in the photos.
Margo was so easy to work with and totally willing to accommodate our drop off and pick up schedule. Our 11 year old dog had a great time hanging out with her oldie. Highly recommend her and plan on sending Rocco over next time we have to leave town.

Schedule
I work from home. During nice days, the dogs, cats and I spend much of the day outside. We have 2 Airbnbs on the property, meeting our animals is a big part of the experience for our guests, so I need to be sure all animals are friendly. I also have a small art studio I work in, that is animal friendly.

Safety, trust & environment
We have 2.8 acres on the water. Most of our property is not fenced, but we do also have a large fenced area. If your dog is good off leash, (with my supervision) there is a lot of space to run and play, with large grassy areas and a huge beach. The fenced in area has 2 sections. There is a dog door in the house that leads to the first fenced yard. That dog door is kept open all day and closed at night. The second larger fenced yard is connected to the first by a dog door. There are chickens in that yard, so I need to know if your dog is ok around chickens. We do have an enclosure the chickens can be kept in, if necessary, but we prefer to let them roam the yard. We also have 3 cats, so we will not allow any dogs that are aggressive towards cats.

A typical day
We have a great property for animals. Luna loves playing frisbee or ball. I also sometimes take them for hikes or to the dog park.
