Dog Loving Family
I have owned dogs my entire life. For the past 20 plus years they have all been Cocker Spaniels and I currently have three, Cooper age 11 and Katie, age 8, and Marco, age 3. There is a quote hanging in my home that says, “Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our life whole”. This is so true about everyone in our family. We love having dogs around us and could not live without them in our lives. Crazy as it sounds all dogs in our family have their own voices, and we humor each other with their adventures. Any guest dog is welcomed with tummy rubs, and kisses as if it was our own. I have cared for several dogs over the years, family and friends, and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am retired effective May of 2025 so am home most of the time. I look forward to meeting you and your precious canine companion.

Our puppy Sunny had a wonderful time with Margie! She’s so sweet, and was an excellent communicator who provided us many picture updates throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

Margie welcomed our dog Luna into the family (humans and dogs) and made her so comfortable! We also appreciated the flexibility with drop off and pick up times when we had travel delays on the way home. Very happy with the experience and we hope to book with Margie in the future.

Schedule
I am retired and am home a majority of the time. Schedules are based on individual dog needs. Dogs are fed, walked when needed and enjoy play time in and out of the home.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are allowed in all rooms of the house provided they are house trained. Dogs that are crate trained will be accommodated providing owner provides the crate. Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and children.

A typical day
We have a huge back yard that dogs will be walked on and we also intend to fence part of the yard in the near future so that dogs can run freely in this space. I am now retired and spend a majority of my time at home. Dogs live in the home just like they are our own.
