Furthermore, when we came to pick up our puppy at the pre-specified pick up time, she was unavailable, and her parents had to give us our puppy. During the time that she was caring for my puppy, she was very difficult to contact and would frequently take multiple hours, and at times over a day, to respond to our requests for updates. She very rarely provided an update without being prompted, and only provided a few pictures despite frequent requests over a 10 day stay. Although her price was very fair, I suspect the lower rate reflects the lower degree of attention that she has available to care for your pet.
