I couldn't recommend Margarita more highly. This was a very last-minute booking, and I contacted her only a few hours before I needed care for Milly. She replied promptly, answered all of my questions patiently, and immediately put me at ease. As a first-time stay with a new sitter, and with no time for a meet and greet, I was naturally a little apprehensive, but Margarita was incredibly reassuring from the start. Throughout Milly's stay, she kept me updated with messages and photos, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about her wellbeing. Knowing Milly was in such capable hands gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away. She was also very flexible when my collection time changed, which I really appreciated. Margarita was absolutely amazing! It was our first time away from toast and she gave us regular updates and took great care of her and made sure she always had enough food, was brushed daily and had her tablets as needed. Very lovely lady and incredibly reliable. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using Margarita in the future😊
