From horses, to dogs, cats, rabbits, and more, I have been around animals my entire life and honestly I'm not sure I'd do without them! In addition to having a love for animals, I have a passion for veterinary medicine and have been in the veterinary field for the last 13 years. Owners will have confidence and peace of mind that I am very familiar with animal behavior and can quickly assess any situation. If you are looking for someone who is great with communication, updates, and will treat your pet like their own, then I would love to give your fur baby a safe place to stay while you're away! **We do have a fully fenced yard and someone here at all times. **Board and train also available upon request.

Storm and Elvis had a wonderful time with Margaret. She is the sweetest and we can’t wait to have her watch our pups again!
This was our first time using Rover, and Margaret was amazing! Kept us updated on our Haku, sent pictures and went above and beyond to clip his nails and brush him out, and let me tell you it’s no easy task. He is a big shedder! But I will be using her in the future as well. Highly recommend!
Margaret is amazing!!! We’ve booked her twice. My two labs had the best time running around on the big property. Margaret was able to confidently give my dog syringe medicine, which made me feel at ease. She went above and beyond and bathed my dogs before pickup. I was happy to have received both picture and video updates on my dogs during their 5 night stay. I was running late for pickup and Margaret was very understanding and accommodating. HIGHLY recommend!!! My dogs have so much more fun here at Margaret’s house than at Pet Suites/Camp Bow Wow. It’s a little bit of a drive from BR, but sooooo worth it.
I am thankful for her willingness to work with us, communicating so often, she absolutely went above and beyond by clipping their nails, she sent them back smelling so nice. She took extra time and did things we never even dreamed of asking of her, and we appreciate that a ton. Very personable and kind. Will book again!
Margaret was great with our boy. I was worried since this was his first stay with her. I worried how he would do with the other dogs since he is a German Shepherd. He did great. He had a good time. Before we left he went to her to get a hug. He seemed very comfortable with her. We received pics and videos while away. It reassured me that he was ok.
Our Toast had a great time with Margaret and her family. She sent videos and photos that made me feel comfortable I made the right choice! No more boarding at commercial daycares! 10/10 would recommend! :) Thanks Margaret!

Schedule
Aside from working 2-3 half day shifts at the the vet clinic, I do work around my barn from home and have ample amount of time to spend with both my pets and yours to make sure they are not alone for hours on end. My home is often called puppy heaven by clients and friends!

I have several dog-friendly pups of my own that are off-leash trained and enjoy running and playing in my fenced yard of several acres. If your pup needs any special accommodations, daily meds, or needs to be hand walked, etc., health and safety is priority and I am happy to go above and beyond to make them feel at home!

A typical day
Pups of all activity levels are welcome! I do have a comfy sofa for the couch bums, and have plenty of land and activities for the pups that require extra exercise!
