Thanks for visiting my profile! I specialize in Doodles, Poodles and other hypoallergenic canines. My husband and I have had dogs all our lives. We are our family's go-to spot to board their pets when traveling, but lately have decided that we enjoy hosting and dog sitting so much that we are ready to take on new clients. I work from home so can stay with your dog most of the time and would look forward to continuing your care routine and making your time away smooth and stress-free. I am a dog mom myself, so I know how important receiving frequent photo updates is to your peace of mind while traveling. I love taking photos and send lots of updates when sitting. Additionally, we have a full fenced-in backyard in a comfortable neighborhood with lots of space for long walks and plenty of stimulation. We have a very social cat and dog in our home who love to play and would be eager to keep your pet entertained and happy while you are traveling! Our current dog is a canine good citizen, trained emotional support animal, and is very good with other dogs. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or to schedule a stay! We have taken our dog to Margaret a few times and would highly recommend! She took our dog for a walk in the park and sent photos during the stay. She has good quick communication. Well worth the cost knowing she is with someone who cares for her the same way we do!

Our dog was seriously on vacation with Margaret. They took him to many cool little places around their house and were patient with his high energy. We didn’t have to worry at all leaving him for the weekend, and we always get anxious leaving our pup with someone new. Couldn’t recommend more!
Margaret was very friendly she treated our dog like he was her own! I loved getting pictures of my dog enjoying walks and playtime with her dog! I gave very short notice but she was very accommodating and understanding. We would love to use her again and highly recommend her to others.

Schedule
I currently work from home, so can provide around-the-clock care to your loved one! We have one sweet and social dog named Odie and one friendly and playful tuxedo cat named Pickles. Both are very good with other animals and would make your pet feel very welcome and at home!

I have a fenced in yard and take my pup on daily 20-minute walks in the neighborhood. I'm happy to follow any fitness and care routines you have to make the transition from your care to mine as smooth as possible. For dogs that are accustomed to being in a crate, we have a large dog crate available and lots of experience administering medications to pups as lifetime dog owners.

A typical day
We’re a laid back, clean, active, non-smoking household. We go on daily walks, run around and play in the backyard rain or shine, and love cuddling and heaping attention on our furry family members. I have training games and can provide more exercise as requested, in addition to experience training my own dog as an emotional support animal and canine good citizen. I look forward to working with you to make sure your pup has everything it needs to be active, comfy, and well cared for during our time together.
