I have been around animals my whole life, not only my own but I have also pet sat for friends, family and neighbors since I was a child. I have experience with shy/timid animals and understand earning trust takes patience and genuine care. I have personally had, and have also watched animals who are seniors(both cats and dogs) and am experienced with medication and highly specific diets. I have also worked with puppies as well, though only after the have been potty trained. I currently live in a multi animals house hold and feel comfortable giving love and attention to multiple pets and have cared for multiple animals in other homes previously.

Our homes are our safe spaces and being respectful of others safe spaces is very important to me. Being sure that doors are properly locked, alarms are set and animals are safely where they need to be is something I pay close attention to.

This was our first time leaving our dog with a non-family sitter in our home while away on a week-long vacation. We were very nervous, but Margaret quickly set our mind at ease. She was communicative, positive and spent quality time with our dog. She even went above and beyond to do cleaning and washing the linens so that everything was in order when we arrived home! To top it off, we had a travel delay and she was more than willing to help us out. Margaret is an excellent, professional sitter and we'll look to her first next time we need a sitter.

This was the second time we have asked Margaret to watch our two dogs and our house for over a week. She is a good communicator, responsible, and very thorough. She takes great care of our dogs and our house is always spotless when we come back. She is wonderful all around and we will definitely use her again in the future.

Schedule
I work in elementary education so Mon-Fri I am up and out by 645am and arriving home no later than 4pm. Which may require a mid day dog walk. Weekends I am a bit of a homebody, meaning I am generally free and available to give all the love and attention needed. During the summer I am usually very free, I do travel some weekends.
