Margaret and her husband were amazing with Maverick. You can tell they are really knowledgeable and love animals. She sent regular updates with pics. Just a short trip right off of I79 to get to her house that has a big fenced in yard. I felt completely safe leaving my pup there. Will definitely be using her again!

Schedule
Because I work from home, I am able to provide consistent supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. Your dog is not left alone for extended periods and becomes part of my normal daily routine while staying in my home. I maintain a consistent schedule that includes morning, afternoon, and evening walks; meals; playtime; outdoor exercise; relaxation; and one-on-one attention. Whenever possible, I am happy to accommodate your dog’s established routine and individual needs. Reservations are confirmed once your booking is completed. Available boarding dates are otherwise offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so I recommend reserving your dates as soon as possible following your meet-and-greet. If a previous request has been archived, please submit a new booking request.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and well-being are my highest priorities. Boarding takes place in my home rather than a traditional noisy kennel setting. Dogs have access to my one-acre, fully fenced yard with secure six-foot fencing, providing plenty of room for supervised exercise, play, and exploration. Outdoor activities are supervised, and GPS trackers are available while dogs are outside as an additional safety precaution. Very special care is taken to introduce dogs slowly and at their own pace to ensure compatibility. In the unlikely event that veterinary attention is needed, a veterinary office is located less than five minutes from my home, allowing for prompt access to professional care. My goal is to provide a clean, calm, secure, and welcoming environment where every dog can feel comfortable and at home.

A typical day
Each day includes a combination of exercise, play, companionship, relaxation, and individual attention. Dogs will have their own beds and designated areas for feeding. My large fenced yard is excellent for playing fetch, stretching their legs, or basking in the kiddie pool in the summer! In the evening, they will have their meal and some relaxation time on a cushy dog bed or the couch (depending on owners' approval).

Please let me know about: • Any history of aggression, fear, anxiety, reactivity, or other behavioral concerns • How your dog interacts with other dogs and people • Any special needs or medical concerns • All medications and specific instructions for administering them • Dietary restrictions, allergies, or special feeding requirements • Your dog’s normal feeding, walking, sleeping, and potty routine • Favorite toys, blankets, or other comfort items Puppies and dogs who are not fully potty trained are charged at the puppy rate because they require additional supervision, continued potty training, and more frequent potty breaks. For the health and comfort of every dog in my care, all dogs must arrive flea- and tick-free. Dogs with current contagious illnesses or conditions cannot be accepted for boarding. This policy helps protect your dog as well as the other dogs staying in my home. My goal is simple: to provide your dog with a safe, comfortable, and loving home away from home while giving you confidence and peace of mind that they are receiving exceptional care.
