I work remotely Monday-Friday. I usually work at home, but I have the ability to work anywhere there is an internet connection if you would prefer an in-home sitter. Working remote gives me the chance to be home all day where I can do potty breaks for my dogs and check on my farm animals. It also allows me to be available if there’s any special requests such as medication and specific feeding times.

My cat is a “one cat” kind of guy (we’ll work on that), so for now, I would only feel comfortable hosting dogs ay my house. However, I am available to pet sit in-home for cats or dogs that might feel more comfortable at home. I’m very comfortable giving meds and sticking to a strict feeding schedule if your animal has medical/dietary needs. I’ve seen (almost) everything, so don’t feel like you’re asking too much!

Please let me know if your dog/cat is shy or would prefer their own space as opposed to lot of attention - especially if you would prefer to have your dog over to my house. My dogs are friendly, but they can be a bit over curious of new friends. I have a separate area where I can put crates or dog beds if they need their own space. Also let me know if they are on strict feeding schedules or can/can’t have treats.
A typical day
If I’m sitting at your house, I will definitely take time to keep their routine as normal as possible. I love playing tug of war and fetch, or whatever your dog’s favorite game is. If you are bringing your dog over, feel free to bring their favorite toy along. Although my yard isn’t completely fenced, I have plenty of leashes and love going for long walks!

I have a small hobby farm where I take care of animals off all ages and sizes. I work remotely from home (although I’ve got the ability to travel) so I have time to frequently check on everyone and administer food and meds on a regular basis. Although I only have a partially fenced yard, I have plenty of leader lines and leashes available for potty breaks and exercise. I currently have two dogs and a cat that live in the house with me and are very friendly with other dogs. I have plenty of room for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, and room for doggy beds if they are particular about where they sleep. I’m also willing to pet sit/farm sit locally if your furry friends would prefer to stay home.
