I have been close friends with Margaret for 35 years, she has pet sit for me through the years. We live to far apart now but I have known all cats and dogs she has loved. She is gentle, kind, and thoughtful about all animals. Once I took my dogs on a boardwalk not knowing how hot it was going to be, she helped me carry my girls a mile, without complaint. If I die before my nine year old schnauzers Margaret happily has agreed to take them, it’s on my will!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and scheduled care, and I make it a priority to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’m dependable about arrival times and communication, and I’ll always keep you updated while your pet is in my care.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and make sure doors, gates, leashes, food, medications, and other safety needs are handled exactly as requested. I take time to help pets feel comfortable with me and never rush an animal that needs a little extra time to warm up. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and well cared for.

A typical day
Every pet is different, so I tailor our time together to what they enjoy most. That might include neighborhood walks, playtime, fetch, enrichment, cuddle time, or simply relaxing together. I’m happy to keep active pets busy while also giving older or more laid-back pets the quieter companionship they prefer. Most importantly, I’ll follow the routine your pet already knows and loves.
