Hi all! My name is Meg and I have lived in Chicago for 12 years. I have lived all around, in Lakeview, Logan Square, Evanston, and know my way around the city pretty well. I love watching baseball, trying new foods, meeting people, and spending time with friends and family. For me, family also means pets! I work 9-5 but can do drop ins in the morning and evening as well as house sitting as long as they can be alone all day. I have cared for many dogs and cats, of all ages. Pictured in the first gallery photos is my family dog Rose. She was truly one of the family. She brought us so much joy and happiness. I was happy to aid in her care when needed, and loved being around her. She lived until she was 16 years old! What sets me apart from other sitters is that I come from a loving place in all my pet care. I am not there to just take the dog out, I am there to care for them and love them as my own. I have done many home visits and always want the pet's comfort and care to come first. I have sat for young puppies, that are learning, and am happy and willing to enforce all rules and boundaries. I respect animals so much, and want to give them the best life possible in any way I can. I have cat clients! Changing litter boxes, cleaning, accidents - none of that bothers me! The two cats pictured are Auggie and Panda, and I love them as much as I love caring for dogs.

I am not able to board pets at this time. However, I have stayed over at many of my previous clients homes. I treat all homes with care and respect.

Margaret took great care of our two dogs while we were away! Would absolutely recommend her for stays. She communicated very well and kept the ladies happy and healthy while we were gone. Will definitely have her watch them again in the future!

Schedule
I currently work full time 9-5, but am very slow in the winter. I am an early bird, and can take pets out in the morning and evening. I am always awake and ready!
