I work part time, but my schedule is fairly flexible. I have a car and can travel to your home to watch and walk your pet, or take you pet to my home (as long as your dog is ok with other dogs).

A typical day
I strive to ensure your pet will be given company and kept active. I typically take dogs on at least 3 walks a day, though that can vary depending on their own activity. I will play games and can stay up to an hour with pets that need more attention, and will always make sure your pet has at least gone to the bathroom before leaving. and for dogs that stay with me, I have a very gentle (though also very large) dog to act as a playmate.

Pet care experience
I’ve watched and handled dogs for over a decade, and have the experience and strength to control large or energetic pets. I keep extensive notes on medical needs, diet, commands, and personality quirks for all the pets I watch so I can be sure they get the best care possible.

Reviews

Margaret took great care of our senior golden. He got to go for long walks and play with her sweet dog. I don’t think I he wanted to come home! We will gladly ask to to care for our pup again in the future.

Margret was amazing. She was there on time every day. She went above and beyond , cleaning out the cans before throwing them away, rinsing off the dishes, and even set our packages that was delivered unexpectedly in the house. Thank you so much !!!! Will diffiantly be using her again!!!

Maggie did a good job during her visit with Iggy. She took the time to gain a thorough understanding of his needs and followed his routine exactly. I’m sure he enjoyed the visit and appreciated the extra attention and break in his day.
We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have Maggie as a caregiver for our beloved dog, Kona. She has been an incredible asset to our family, caring for our senior Australian Shepherd, who now has significant vision and hearing loss. Maggie is exceptionally gentle and patient, which is exactly what an elderly dog like Kona needs. She is meticulous about his medication schedule and ensures he is always comfortable and safe. We especially appreciate her proactive communication; she is quick to alert us if Kona seems "off" or requires extra attention, and she does a wonderful job keeping up with his walks. Beyond her skills as a caregiver, Maggie is wonderfully reliable. We trust her implicitly with both the full care of our dog and unrestricted access to our home. Knowing she is in charge gives us total peace of mind while we are away. We give Maggie our highest recommendation. She is a rare find who truly cares for animals as if they were her own.
