Hi all! My name is Margaret, and I am a current graduate student in Washington, DC. I have been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, and I am a lover of all kinds of furry friends. I have experience working with and caring for dogs of varying ages and personalities: from energetic Treeing Walker Coonhound puppies to slow and steady senior Jack Russell Terriers. I am punctual, reliable, and friendly, and I hope to support the needs of my clients and their pets. After walks, I would be happy to make sure they stay hydrated and eat their food or a bone and are comfortable before I drop them off.

Meg is the best dog walker I’ve ever had. She provides excellent care, truly loves animals, is very professional, and writes very detailed notes. She anticipates my dogs needs and is always prepared to go above and beyond- like putting her cooling vest on, bringing her water bottle, and rewarding good behavior on walks. I am so sad to no longer have Meg as a walker as I am moving, she will be missed!!!
Meg is great! She is a great communicator and came prepared with a water bottle for my dog since it’s so hot out. She left a detailed note and also administered medicine like I requested. She’s great with my energetic pittie. Highly recommend Meg’s services!

Margaret has cared for and walked my senior beagle over the years. She is extremely responsible and I trust her completely in my home and with my dog. She is very nurturing and intuitively recognizes what my pup needs. She is very experienced and her knowledge of senior dogs as well as younger dogs is a plus. Your dog is in for a real treat!

Schedule
I am a full-time graduate student during the school year, and I spend summers saving up for school and doing what I love to do: walking dogs and providing pet care! Thus, my summers are very flexible.
