I have crate but do not use them unless told to. I have experience with babies that need emotional support humans just as much as we need them as emotional support pets!!!

They communicated very well about how the stay was going! They sent pictures, communicated when my cats weren't getting along, very patient with my more nervous cat, and loved on my more out going cat like he was their own.
Took great care of my dog. We got caught in traffic otw back and they took care of him until we got back.
