Marcos was absolutely amazing! I had to book a stay last minute due to a family emergency, and he was incredibly understanding, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took such great care of our puppy and kept us updated with regular messages, pictures, and feedback, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about our puppy’s well-being. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marcos was wonderful !!! I can now vacation in peace knowing my dog is in good hands !! He would send me pictures and updates on my dog and was very attentive to her, she can be a handful but Marcos handled her with ease and she was very happy ! If I could give him 10 stars I 100% would. Marcos es el mejor con los perros y quedé muy agradecida!

A typical day
First, I will start by taking him to my garden and introducing him to every space—an area rich in nature—where he can feel at ease. Next, we will opt for a walk in the park; then, with greater confidence, we will move on to playing ball. We will repeat this same routine to ensure he has a day filled with satisfaction and fun.
