A menagerie of pets have been central to my family's life for more than four decades. Their role in our lives as companions is irreplaceable. I value your pet's place in your life and will care for them with respect for their individual needs as a beloved member of your family. I have a long experience caring for dogs, cats and a multitude of birds! I can also help with fish. I have assisted in caring for animals in all stages of life. I live in the Seattle area and can serve the greater Seattle community. I hope my pet service to you will allow you to take a vacation or attend to work commitments without worry or anxiety.

I primarily care for pets in the client's home, where the pet is most comfortable and familiar. I am open to having dogs cared for in my home. if that is the owner's preference.

Marcia was very friendly and great with our kitten. We were nervous to leave her alone for the first time, but Marcia sent lots of pictures and took a lot of our worry away. Will definitely be contacting her again in the future :)

Marci took great care of our kitties. I am grateful that she was available on relatively short notice over a holiday weekend, as our original cat sitter needed to cancel due to some health concerns.. She was responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process, from the very first text to the notes she left after each visit. It was also obvious during our walk-through visit that she is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful pet sitter. We will definitely reach out to her for a future cat sitting..
Marci has cared for our pets for several years. She pays attention to their individual needs and looks after them with so much love! My 4yr old mini-Aussie Zoë can be a bit of a nervous girl when we leave, but we can rest assured that when she’s in Marci’s care Zoë is comfortable and chill. Zoë clearly loves Marci and is always happy to see her! The pet snail seems to love her too, as Marci tends to give him a clean enclosure with new enrichment options and a tasty bite. Though sometimes Zoë goes to Marci’s house, Marci also does stays at our house, and is respectful of our home.
Marci has watched my shih tzu on numerous occasions. She makes an effort to maintain his routine as consistently as possible and he is loved just like if he were with me, maybe even better! She pays close attention to any changes in behavior, eating or sleeping habits and provides regular updates and pictures. I feel very comfortable anytime I have to leave my dog because I know he is in great hands and having his own adventures.

Schedule
I can do early and evening visits, with broader availability on weekends. I can assist with pets with special needs. With advance scheduling I can do pet sitting for longer periods of time.
