Purrfectly Reliable Cat Sitter
I have been pet sitting for over 10 years. Before that, I worked in television for 10 years but because I loved animals so much, I switched careers and started working for an animal non-profit. At the non-profit, I learned so much about animal care and even volunteered in my spare time to help animals in emergencies. I live in Greenwich and currently work from home doing Marketing and Branding so staying at home with your animals all day is not a problem. I have taken care of sick animals, animals recovering from surgery, and animals that just needed some cuddles and playtime so they were not stuck in a house all day. Now that I am self-employed, I regularly housesit and take care of animals and I LOVE cats. I am certified in pet first aid through the American Red Cross and accredited in Pet First Aid and CPR by ICOES. I am familiar with giving medicine and shots to animals and currently working on my pet physical therapy certification. I am happy to speak with you more about my experience or answer any questions you may have. I also have plenty of references that I can provide if needed. I am so excited to meet more furry friends!

Marcia is wonderful, and we feel completely comfortable going away knowing Elvis is in her care. He’s usually quite wary and doesn’t warm to people quickly, so seeing how relaxed and happy he is with her means so much to us. We love the beautiful photos and updates she sends, which help us feel connected to him while we’re away. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would not hesitate to recommend!!
Marcia was an amazing sitter and really prioritised the needs of Cosmo to make sure he was comfortable in my absence. Cosmo is a very shy cat and weary of strangers but within a few days he was already showing his face and by the end of the trip playing with Marcia, which is a miracle for him! Marcia kept me fully updated when she was coming to the flat, if he was eating and drinking properly and also notified me of low litter before I got back so I could be prepared. Overall very happy as it meant I could go on holiday in confidence Cosmo and the flat were being looked after. Would definitely recommend!
Marcia took great care of Lando while I was away, and I felt completely comfortable travelling knowing he was in such good hands. Although Lando is usually quite shy around new people, he warmed up to her immediately, you can definitely see she is a cat lover. She followed all instructions carefully, administered his medication and kept me updated regularly with messages, photos and his antics. I couldn’t recommend Marcia more highly and would happily book her again in the future.

Marcia is a super cat lover and you can tell she loves cats:)) she’s really easy to communicate with, and taking care of my cats well!
Marcia has been absolutely fantastic, we have used her a few times in quick succession and the cats warmed to her instantly! We’ve been able to go away each time and not worry about how the cats are getting on. She’s so attentive, great at communicating and giving updates, flexible to fit the schedule that you need and a generally nice person! We will absolutely be using her again the next time we go away and would recommend her to everyone!
