I currently work a hybrid schedule. I'm in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I work from home on Fridays. However, I am able to bring dogs to my office as long as they're well behaved and don't bark much! I'd take your dog on a nice walk in the local woods each morning and evening and on the days I'm home in the middle of the day as well. If I can take your dog into the office, I'll take him/her for a walk in the middle of the day as well.

Safety, trust & environment

I’m excited about the opportunity to care for your dog! I provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where your pet will feel at home. I live in a pet-friendly home with a fenced-in yard, perfect for playing and exploring. I understand the importance of regular exercise, so I will take your dog on walks in the woods 2-3 times a day, ensuring they get plenty of fresh air and stimulation. Your dog will enjoy a calm and loving environment, with lots of attention and playtime. I also have two children, ages 10 and 12, who live with me half-time. They love animals and are great with dogs, so your pet will receive extra care and affection from them as well. I look forward to meeting your dog and ensuring they have a wonderful experience while staying with us!

Information March A. would like to know about your pet

It's important for me to know as much as possible about your pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs. I’d love to hear about their favorite activities, dietary restrictions, and any health concerns. Are they shy or social with other pets? Do they have any allergies, anxieties, or favorite toys? Understanding their behavior, comfort zones, and habits will help me provide the best care and ensure they have a positive, stress-free experience while with me.

A typical day

I love to keep pets entertained and active during their stay with me! Depending on their energy levels and preferences, we’ll go on fun walks around the neighborhood, play fetch at the park, or enjoy interactive games like tug-of-war and hide-and-seek. For more playful pets, I’ll introduce puzzle toys or teach fun tricks to keep their minds sharp. If they’re more laid-back, I’ll spend quality cuddle time with them, offering lots of belly rubs and attention. My goal is to make sure every pet feels happy, loved, and engaged while in my care!

Caring and responsible animal lover

Pet care experience

I've been an animal lover since I was a little kid and always wanted a dog. It wasn't until I was an adult though that I was able to finally get one. I had an amazing Portuguese Water Dog named Obi-Wan who was extremely well trained and worked with special ed students at my job for most of his life! Sadly, Obi-Wan passed away at the age of 12 this fall and I miss him terribly. I'm not ready to have a new dog of my own but I miss having a dog around! This is how I've come across Rover. I will care for your dog as if he's my own!

I'm writing this review with gratitude as my heart is full. I booked a 16-day boarding for our dog, Pumpkin, with March recently. Our first meet and greet went well and we had two-30 min walks together within a few weeks to get Pumpkin familiar with March and the trails nearby. March sent me daily pictures of Pumpkin's activities, including walks and exploring around the house and his favorite spot, the kitchen! March treated Pumpkin like his own dog, and as part of his family, the same way we treat Pumpkin. He bought a dog bed from Cosco for Pumpkin as I didn't have the right kind. March also let Pumpkin went on his bed and sofas to watch TV with him. I think Pumpkin had a fantastic vacation at March's home! I highly recommend March for anyone looking for a dog-loving person with a sense of humor and pays a lot of attention to details.
