He failed to respond to messages on drop off day. Prior he scheduled a meet up and it went well, we confirmed plans the night before to drop off my dog. The drop off day came and he was unresponsive. I had to contact customer support for a refund and cancelled the reservation. Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements for my dog but I can’t imagine someone relying on this person and then being left hanging. Avoid at all costs
