Hi! I am Marcello, I am a Sports Nutrition science graduate a supervisor and a pet sitter with 4 years of experience. I am available to receive drop offs after work (19:30pm) before the main sitting day/days and also collection early morning before work after main sitting day/days (7:30am). I live in the Headingley area in a residential complex with plenty of green outdoor areas. I also live near many parks. I love animals and taking care of pets. I grew up surrounded by different animals and pets, because of this I developed a passion and respect for animals. I have now 4 years of experience pet sitting different breeds and dog sizes. We left our 1 year old Golden, Clover, with Marcello over night recently and couldn't be happier with our experience. He was keen to meet Clover ahead of the stay and understand about her temprament and what would be best for her. He followed all of our guidance and kept us updated with how she was getting on regularly. And was very quick to communicate with us. We'll absolutely book with him again.
Marcello is the best - it's been a while since he sat Robin but I have loads of lovely photos from their day together. I'd definitely recommend him.
Marcello is super reliable and has looked after my dog a couple of times, my dog loves his time with Marcello who makes every effort to keep him happy and occupied and he comes home super tired enjoying his day out !!!!!!
We had an excellent experience boarding our dogs for the day with Marcello! He provided great communication and regular updates throughout the day. He really made our dogs feel at home and they were very happy and relaxed. We would definitely book again - thank you so much Marcello!
Marcello is an absolute star 🌟 Poro had the loveliest time with him. He is always responsive, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He took such great care of Poro and was with her almost 24/7, making sure she felt safe, comfortable, and loved. They went for walks every day, and even though Poro was on her period during this time, Marcello took excellent care of her. Poro came back clean, tidy, and clearly very happy. Marcello is extremely organised, clean, and genuinely caring — and most importantly, my dog absolutely adores him! Highly recommended. Much appreciated.
From the moment we met Marcello he was lovely, polite and switched on, and more importantly our staffy Gizmo loved him straight away. He was lovely and confident with Gizmo, who can be boisterous at times, but that didn’t phase Marcello who clearly liked him and was at ease. We had a meet & greet beforehand where Marcello showed us his lovely flat where Giz would be staying for the day, then once we had dropped Gizmo off, we had pictures through the day of Gizmo on his walks, sleeping and generally having a wonderful time. We felt confident that Gizmo was well looked after all day and would strongly recommend Marcello for anyone looking to have their pet in good hands 👍🏼

I am fully available and flexible throughout the day. Prior to the booking anything can be discussed and arranged to fit the dogs/ cats needs.

I live in an apartment in a complex in Headingley with plenty of green outdoor areas. The complex is fully fenced and safe and pet friendly. Inside the apartment is a safe environment where the pets can walk, play, eat and sleep. More information can be given upon request!
A typical day
It would depend on the dogs habits and needs and the instructions given by the dogs owners! But there is loads of playing, time outside, and chilling!
