Hello! I’m Marcella A and I’m currently going to cnm, majoring in veterinary medicine. My passion is to be a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. This volunteer work at my job shadow (on resume) has given me hands-on experience handling different animal breeds and understanding the deep emotional bond between pets and their owners. I observed a cat surgery, the importance of aftercare and recovery. I’ve studied a Certified Veterinary Technologies performing a venipuncture safely. Growing up I had a lot of animals ranging from snakes, gerbils, hamsters, birds to cats and dogs. In a sense it taught me a lot of responsibility at a young age. I’ve had years of experience understanding the right diet/nutrition, structured hygienic health, behavioral patterns/management and medication needed for fuzzy friends!
