I have been passionate about animal care since I was a little girl, and have continued exploring that love for animals well into adulthood. I have ten years professional experience as a groomer and pet sitter and never feel like it’s work because I love my job so much! I consider each pet I care for as part of the family…and treat them as such! My home is a welcoming and warm environment filled with love, games exercise, walks and tasty treats! My background in behavioral training and CPR perfectly supplements the love I give to the animals in my care—and your pup will be no exception! I am also the proud parent of Sasha, a six-year old Shih Tzu. Sasha and my two children, will help me keep your pup company while you are away! My goal is to ensure you are worry free when you leave your pet with me. I strive to fulfill your pet’s interests and work hard to make sure that you can go on vacation without stressing about how your pet is doing in your absence. In short, as soon as you contact me, your priority becomes my priority, and I make sure I understand exactly what your expectations are before you leave, and will execute on them exactly. Pet-sitting is my full-time job and passion, which means I have the time and resources available to dedicate to bespoke pet care. I can’t wait to meet you!

I've been working on this review for a long while. I always think that I can't come up with the right words to describe how comfortable I feel leaving Snoop in Marcela's care. Here we go. I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Snoop to the care of an exceptional dog sitter, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals. From the moment I first met Marcela, several years ago, it was evident that she was not just a dog sitter, but a true caregiver who goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of every dog in her care. One of the most remarkable qualities I see in her is her natural affinity for animals. Marcela has an innate ability to connect with dogs on a deep level, instantly establishing a sense of trust and comfort. This level of dedication and understanding created a safe environment where my Snoop could feel "at home". Reliability is another point that I would like to bring up. She is organized, and always prepared to accommodate my schedule. Her communication skills are exceptional, providing regular updates and photos of my dog, which gave me peace of mind and reassurance that my pup was in great hands. I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to accommodate any special requests or specific care instructions, like meds, I had for my furry friend. What truly sets Marcela apart is her genuine care and love for animals. Marcela showered my pup with affection, engaging in playtime and long walks, helping minimize any stress or anxiety my dog might have experienced during my absence. Knowing my dog, anxiety it's always an issue. In conclusion, if you are seeking a dog sitter who genuinely loves and cares for your furry family member as if they were their own, I truly recommend Marcela. Besides a family member or Marcela, it's very difficult for me to trust anybody else with Snoop's care.
Communication was excellent and my pups seemed to be very happy. Quite pleased to have found Marcela.

Marcela has the biggest heart for all furry friends. I feel so lucky to have found her, can’t imagine leaving my Zuma with anyone else. She is very invested, takes him out for walks and makes it very fun for him. Zuma gets very happy every time I drop him off, he loves Marcela and that he gets to play with other furry friends. Definitely recommend!!!!

I have a fenced patio and a big backyard with plenty space to run, play and exercise! Also I’m walking distance to a beautiful dog park where your pet can enjoy, relax and make new friends!

A typical day
I live in a generous townhome in a safe community with a fenced-in yard and in close proximity to the local dog park. What more could you want??! We don’t use cages here—pets are given full access to the house and yard. We will fill our day with lots of activity and exercise, cuddles and relaxation and dedicated play time in the garden…plus anything else you specify!
