Animal Loving Marine Biologist!
Hi! My name is Marcela C. and I am 23 years old. I just graduated from Boston College and am working as a marine animal rescue technician! I love dogs and cats and am dedicated to caring for all animals. I have been horseback riding for 11 years so I am equipped to handle all types of situations and am not afraid of big dogs. I also have experience with rescued kittens and dogs as I have volunteered at cat shelters, and marine mammal rehab centers as well as caring for family and friend’s dogs. I worked as a veterinary technician last year so am equipped to handle all of your animals needs! Caring for animals has always been a passion of mine, and Rover is a great way to build my experience. I would love to meet the dog or cat you call family! :)

I try my best to take care of animals in a similar manner that their owners do. This allows the pet to feel comfortable and happy even with a stranger in their house!

Marcela is an excellent dog walker and house/dog sitter. She is dependable and our dog loves her. I don’t think our dog even knows we are gone, when Marcela comes. That’s a great feeling.
Marcela watched my dog, Cooper, for a long weekend. Cooper had a lot of fun throughout the weekend. Marcela sent us many videos and pictures of him running around and being productive. Marcela was a great caretaker for Cooper and he can’t wait for her to watch him again.
