I always make sure to ask pet owners about their pet’s routines, preferences, and any restrictions in the house before sitting. I follow any guidelines they provide to ensure consistency in the pet’s care. I pay attention to where the dog likes to relax and make sure they’re comfortable, often following their lead to make them feel safe in their familiar environment. My priority is keeping the pet’s routine and surroundings as familiar as possible to maintain trust and reduce any stress.

A typical day
A typical day with a pet depends on their energy level and personality. For more energetic dogs, I enjoy engaging them with toys and taking them on active walks to burn off energy. With senior or more relaxed dogs, I focus on providing companionship, making sure they feel comfortable, and enjoying slower-paced activities like gentle walks or just being present with them. I always tailor the day’s activities to the pet’s needs and preferences to ensure they’re happy and relaxed.

I’ve had the joy of caring for dogs for over a decade, from small Yorkshire Terriers with stomach issues to a senior Rottweiler with joint problems. My experience includes administering medication and handling special care needs with patience and love. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, understanding their personalities, and just vibing with them. What sets me apart is my calm approach.
