Pet care is part of my everyday routine because I run my own pet and house sitting business, Mae’s Sit & Stay Pet and Housing Sitting Services. This allows me to keep a very flexible schedule and dedicate my time to the pets and homes in my care. My days are structured around overnights, visits, walks, feedings, playtime, and making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. My full focus is ensuring your pet and or pets and home are fully taken care of at all times. I am reliable, attentive, and able to accommodate different routines and schedules. 🐾 Your furry familes happiness, safety, and consistency are always my top priorities.

I provide loving, reliable care in your pet’s own home so they can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, potty breaks or litter box care, plus playtime, attention, and lots of love. I will not in any circustance have any other person or animal in your home as i believe integrity is extremely important to have while being entrusted with one's most precious furry family and home. Trusting the sitter taking care of your home and furry family is of utmost imprtance to me. I’m also happy to give medications if needed. For house sitting, I stay in your home and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible; including feeding, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I also help with small tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants and ensuring your home is secure at all times so your home stays cared for and safe while you’re away. I have been known to leave the home as nice as when I came into it and if i have the time spruce it up a bit more as a mark of gratitude for entrusting me with your pet and home. With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, my goal is always to keep your pets happy, safe, and stress-free while giving their owners peace of mind through daily updates and photos. 🐾

A typical day
I prioritize both physical exercise and mental stimulation tailored to each pet’s individual needs and personality. For dogs, this includes daily walks, play sessions, enrichment games, and plenty of attention and affection even at times meditation and yoga per the dogs temperment. For cats, I focus on interactive play, enrichment activities, and maintaining their normal routines to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. I also ensure all pets receive consistent care, calm companionship, and a safe, loving environment while you’re away.

Maranda took care of our beloved German Shepard for 5 days while we were in Estes Park with family. She would consistently update us through texts and provide pictures as well. She followed all needed instructions and let us know if she had any concerns or questions. Timber always looked happy and well cared for/ We had a great time in Estes Park, especially knowing that she was well cared for. It was such peace of mind. Maranda was absolutely incredible with Boone. She kept me updated with adorable photos, made him special puppy ice cream, and took wonderful care of him while I was away. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and a wonderful communicator. The house was spotless when I got home and Boone was relaxed and happy. She’s trustworthy, loving, and exactly the kind of sitter every dog parent dreams of! Boone and I are so lucky to have found her.
