I am currently taking my A level exams, so my availability may vary, however feel free get in touch as I am soon coming to the end of my time at college, so will have the time. I have an existing gymnastics commitment all day Saturday so will be absent from the home most of the time on that day, however I can always change this if care is desperately needed.

My cat is an outdoor cat, so has access to the home, garden and surrounding area. She requires daily medication, which is given twice a day by myself or another family member. I will therefore be able to offer the same care and modify my usual routine to accommodate for any pet I am responsible for!

A typical day
I am a very active person and love to get exercise so your dog will engage in lots of time walking and any ball throwing that they may love to take part in! With cats, I will always be ready to play with them and have something for them to chase at hand.

Pet care experience
I have been caring for animals, specifically 3 cats, for the past 12 years. Although I am more experienced with caring for cats, I have learned skills that can be applied to both dogs and cats. I give daily medication and have for the past 5 years. I’m always ready to take on a job to care for an animal, which can include dog walking, feeding, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and safe.

We had a fantastic experience with Mara, while she house sat and looked after our two cats for a couple of nights. From the start, she was friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with, which immediately put us at ease. She took excellent care of our cats, making sure they were well-fed, comfortable, and given plenty of attention. It was clear they were happy and relaxed when we returned, which says a lot. She also treated our home with great respect and left everything clean and tidy. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away it made a big difference knowing everything was going so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter, and we’d be very happy to have her back again in the future.
Mara was absolutely wonderful looking after our home and our little gang — Frankie and Padron (our chihuahuas) and our two cats. From the moment we met her, we could tell how sweet and caring she is, and she completely lived up to that. She kept the house spotless and took such amazing care of the pets. The dogs were walked every day and clearly so happy and well looked after when we got back. What we especially loved was how thoughtful she was in keeping us updated — she regularly sent us photos which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Mara is such a responsible, kind and responsive young lady, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We would trust her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and truly caring.
