Schedule: PLEASE NOTE: For a weekly regular commitment, I have at least a 2 day/week minimum. Vacation Requests: Although I don’t board pets, or sleep over, I can do several drop in visits in a day at your home, while you’re away. I am available 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. for drop in visits for vacation coverage.

I am very cautious around other dogs to ensure your dog is safe on walks. If you have more than 1 dog, I can walk them together or separately. I would want to know your dog’s temperament and whether they get along with other dogs. It would be helpful to know if they pull on their leash, have any phobias such as crossing the road, or ever bite while playing or feeding. I’d also want to know if I should be cautious of any habits such as eating small things (pebbles, flower buds, poop, etc) while out on a walk. I am partial to small and medium dogs. Note- I’m allergic to cats, so I cannot walk or sit for a family with a cat.

I would walk your dog around your neighborhood or explore your local walking trail. We’d get fresh air and have a change of scene. I’d also play fetch and cuddle with them on your couch.

Hi! I am a mom to two teens and two adorable Pugs (ages 6 & 7). I live in Wellesley, MA. I have a flexible schedule and would love to give your babies attention and exercise when you are away or at work. I love what joy animals can bring to our lives. I would take great care of your fur babies by going on walks, playing fetch or just showering them with attention. I grew up in Massachusetts with a family pet Pomeranian and now am a mom to two Pugs. I know first hand how much your pet means to you, so their safety and feeling nurtured are my top priority. I am very reliable and tidy. Please note: I’m allergic to cats so I can’t walk dogs at homes with cats. Also, I primarily only walk small dogs (30 lbs or less). Food Prep: I also make homemade dog food. I can tailor to your dog’s preferences.

Mara is fantastic! She walked our Pom while we were out of town. She was a great communicator - sent photos and recaps of their walks. We were able to relax while away knowing our dog was in capable, caring hands. I highly recommend Mara!!
