Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. While I don't currently have pets at my apartment where I'll be pet sitting, my family has five dogs, so I'm very familiar with caring for multiple dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I volunteered with a local animal rescue throughout all four years of high school, where I cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments by walking, feeding, socializing, and helping them feel safe and comfortable while they waited to find their forever homes. During that time, I also served as a foster, providing temporary homes for rescue dogs and helping them adjust to a loving environment. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to build trust with animals. In college, I served as the Treasurer for UNCW's Service Dog Training and Education Program (STEP) for two years. While I'm not a professional dog trainer, my involvement with the organization gave me valuable experience working alongside service dogs and handlers. I'm happy to reinforce basic training, good manners, and routines while your pet is in my care. One thing that sets me apart is that I work from home, which means your pet will receive plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. They'll rarely be left alone, and I'll be able to stick closely to their normal routine, whether that means regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company. I understand that every pet is unique, and my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and right at home while you're away. I'll care for your pet as if they were one of my own and will always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy complete peace of mind.

She went above and beyond by giving her plenty of treats, cuddles, and affection, taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure all of her needs were met. Schedule
Because I work from home, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I'm able to provide plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and supervised care throughout the day. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods, and I can easily accommodate their normal schedule to help them feel comfortable and at ease. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide morning, afternoon, and evening care. Whether your pet needs an active day filled with walks and play or simply a calm, cozy environment with lots of love and attention, I'm happy to tailor my care to their individual needs.

Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide care that's as close to home as possible. Because I work from home, I'll be with your pet for most of the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment where your pet will have a safe, calm environment to relax and feel at home. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member, and I'll treat your pet with the same love and attention I'd give my own.
A typical day
A typical day includes lots of love, playtime, walks, potty breaks, treats (with your permission!), and plenty of one-on-one attention. Whether your dog loves adventures, playing with toys, or just curling up on the couch for belly rubs, I’m happy to match their energy. I’ll also send lots of photo updates so you can see all the fun they’re having while you’re away.
