Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m happy to coordinate with you and adjust my schedule when possible to make sure your pet gets the care they need. On the four days I work during the week, my mom or sister will be home to care for the pets, so there’s always someone available. Just reach out and let’s chat, I’ll do my best to make it work!

Information Manuela C. would like to know about your pet
I want to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and at home, so please let me know: •Any health conditions or medications they’re on •Feeding routines and favorite treats •If they have any reactivity (to people, dogs, noises, etc.) •How they feel about crates, being left alone, or car rides •Any quirks or habits I should know to keep them comfortable •And of course, what makes them feel loved and secure!
A typical day
We love keeping pups happy, stimulated, and cozy. I’ve got a SwiftPaws at home, perfect for dogs who love to chase and burn energy! We’ll mix that with plenty of puzzle toys, lick mats, and frozen treats to keep their minds busy and bellies happy. Of course, there’s always time for snuggles, soft blankets, and some good old-fashioned chill time. I match the vibe of your pet, whether it’s play hard or nap harder!

Pet care experience
My name is Manuela (Ela for short). I have experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I truly love what I do. I treat every dog like one of my own, making sure they are safe, happy, and comfortable while in my care. I live with my mom and sister, and we all love dogs and helping care for them. Because we want every dog to get plenty of attention and a calm environment, we only board one dog at a time (we may be able to do 2+ but only from the same household. Text me to discuss it) I work at the county animal shelter four days a week, so I have experience handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable working with shy, energetic, or nervous dogs, and I also have experience giving medications when needed. On the days I am not home, my mom or sister are usually at the house helping care for the dog. If there is ever a time when no one is home, the dog will be safely crated. At night, dogs can stay in my room with me, or if they are crate trained we will continue the routine and training they already follow at home. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are away from you. We do our best to keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home.
Reviews

Manuela was absolutely fantastic! She provided exceptional care for my dog and was highly communicative throughout the entire sit. She is clearly experienced, knew exactly what to do to keep my dog happy and comfortable, and showed a level of genuine care that is hard to find. It’s great to find a sitter you can truly trust.

Manuela took incredible care of our very energetic Border Collie. We will definitely be using her again if we need to travel, and can’t bring the dogs. She sent us daily updates, and her communication was above and beyond.

She communicated and updated on how my dog Amora was doing , I’m glad her dogs and my dog got along really well they match each other energies ! I would recommend her

Manuela stayed in good contact and provided updates and photos of Fred. I personally did not read the requirements carefully enough and misread the “crate trained” section. I took this as potty trained and did not realize he would be crated at night and not allowed to commingle with her dogs until drop off. I really do appreciate Manuela still accepting him as we were literally on our way out of town. I appreciate her working through this with him since he hadn’t been crated for 2 years. I am sure it was difficult for her and our dog.
