I do Rover full time. Over the past 4 years I have been caring for close friends and family pets. So much that they dubbed me the “Jersey City Dog Whisperer”. I know that it takes kindness, respect and compassion when caring for our furry friends.

We had a great experience with Manny! He provided frequent updates throughout the stay and had excellent communication, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs were well cared for and in good hands. We really appreciated the consistent check-ins and photos. I would definitely recommend Manny and would happily book with him again in the future.
I have a hard time leaving my dog with just anyone, but I can truly say I feel 100% confident leaving him with Manny. Manny is great with dogs, he’s understanding of their needs and is overall a great person to leave your fur babies with!

Manny is a great guy and an excellent pet sitter. He was really good with my very active Boston terrier and very attentive to his special needs as he has a slight skin allergy to grass. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Manny used to take care of my shiba mix, Kobe all the time! He's basically uncle manny to him. Manny is incredible with dogs and understands that they're hard work and need plenty of love and care. He's the guy for the job!

Schedule
I am currently working remotely full time from home. Often times, I found myself going on walks which would be miles more enjoyable with a doggo. My schedule is relatively flexible, Im not required to into the office so im home for 90%-100% of most days.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a plenty of space indoors and a deck for outdoor play time. The deck is gated I don’t believe dogs should be on a leash while at home. Couch cuddles, walks and play time is always on the schedule. Meals are provided based on your desired feeding schedule and dietary restrictions if that’s the case.
A typical day
Usually walk/run around Liberty State Park, some reward based treats, and if the dog is as energetic as I am we can run around in the deck play tug of war or catch.
