My husband has a flexible schedule and can work from home or stop at home in the middle of the day as needed. We both typically work during the day, leaving between 7:30-8 and getting home between 4:30-5:30.

Our dog was welcome anywhere in our home, we did not limit his access and spoiled him with treats and walks. Our home does have two sets of stairs and we have small children but they are very gentle with pets and are never alone with them but if your dog does not do well with small children, we may not be the right fit for you at this time.

A typical day
With little kids wanting to be active, we will be very busy keeping your dog stimulated through play, walks and exploring our neighborhood. Our toddler loves playing fetch with dogs and love when your dog shows they are okay with the attention. We are clear on signs of distress from dogs and will prevent any undue stress caused by the kids by ensuring a safe space for the dog to escape to as needed.

We lost our dog unexpectedly in August 2024 after 7 years with him and still aren’t ready yet to get a new one so my husband and I together want to provide your pup with the love and care they deserve as we continue to heal from our loss until we are ready to welcome another furry friend into our lives. My husband grew up with dogs his entire life and helped take care of them from puppyhood to their last days. We have experience with small dogs like our bichon shih tzu mix up to large dogs like labs which he grew up with.

Joseph and Manu are fantastic. I needed to change plans on short notice and they were very accommodating, and Ace seems to love being there. Highly recommended.
They were fabulous! Loved having our pup hang with them; we felt very comfortable and they were great at responding to messages. Would absolutely have them watch Doc again!
