My name is Manon. I'm originally from the Netherlands and have lived in the UK for over 6 years. I live with my fiancé Nick and our rescue dog Ketch. I love to read, look after my ever-growing collection of houseplants, and tend to my aquarium. Between my own various pets, helping friends and family, and running my little pet sitting business, I have been looking after animals for around 15 years. I like to think I am 'auntie Manon' to your pets, as I want them to feel safe and loved whilst they are under my care, and I consider them part of my family. I’ve looked after pets of different personalities, sizes, and breeds. I send daily updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pets are looked after.

Safety, trust & environment
Both myself and my partner (the bonus hooman who occasionally joins to offer extra love to the pets) are DBS checked, Canine First Aid-trained, and covered by my pet care business insurance. A free Meet & Greet is offered before any service takes place to see if we’re a good match. I don’t offer boarding, but do offer house sits, meaning I temporarily “live” in your home to look after your pets. I’m always respectful of your space.

Manon gave my dog the best care and attention I could have wished for with regular updates , photos and videos of the walks, games and loving he received from her. Manon was extremely professional and took trouble beforehand to get to know my dog and his routines so that we had a very smooth handover. Ruskin had a lot of games to keep him stimulated and he enjoyed meeting up with other dogs in the area. I would fully recommend Manon and will certainly be hoping she will be available for my dog in the future.
Manon was absolutely brilliant with our spaniels Luna and Rocket. She gave them lots of plays and really spoiled them for attention, which, I am sure made them really disappointed when their boring parents came back. She sent us lots of photo updates throughout, which was great. She also looked really well after our house, leaving in a better state for when we returned. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Manon has been wonderful again with Nancy , so caring and thoughtful and we’ve been able to 100% relax on our holiday . Thank you again Manon , Nancy is very lucky to be able to have you as a carer !

What can I say? Manon was the perfect carer for my two cavapoos! She spent a week housesitting and caring for my boys. I had regular updates of their walks and cuddle time, and they seemed extremely happy. Not only was Manon great with my dogs, but she is also a cat-whisperer, managing to get affection from my very grumpy cat too!! A model house-guest, my home was immaculate when I returned. I wholeheartedly recommend Manon and will definitely ask her to look after my animals again.

Schedule
I work fulltime and volunteer from my laptop, so having a place to work (a table, chair, and plug socket are just fine!) and access to your Wi-Fi are greatly appreciated. Typically, your dog will not be left alone longer than 3 to 4 hours at a time. My fiancé Nick (also DBS checked, Canine First Aid-trained & insured) occasionally joins in on offering your pets fuss, to enable me to spend time with him, without leaving your pets too much. It is not uncommon for friends and family members to join me on walks or pub visits to further reduce alone time, whilst truly making your pets part of the family. For dogs who are unable to be left alone, or very little, I do offer constant care. Please feel free to inquire about rates for this service.
