Hello, my preferred name is Kotia. I've taken care of animals for many years. I have currently 1 dog , a rabbit, and a leopard gecko. I have also taken care of family members' animals including 4 rabbits, 6 birds and 8 dogs, all of different sizes breeds, and health ailments including diabetes and PTSD. I am very detail-oriented and can take instructions very well.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on being calm and attentive. I provide the right food portions based on their needs, ensure playtime is fun and engaging, and reinforce commands to help pets feel secure. Whether at my home or theirs, I follow each pet’s routine with patience and care. I also send videos or pictures of each task being completed and ask questions to verify. I will refrain from coming in contact if the pet has fleas, rebooking for a later time when healed and the house is flea-free. will not enter house is someone currently has flu.

Manhae Howell has always loved animals. She has a few animals of her own. She us warm hearted and kind and always seems to know what to do if something is wrong with an animal symuch as illnesses etc. I believe she will be a good asset for your company and will treat the animals with the care that is needed.
Everyone knows cats are picky and have their own personalities. My baby looks forward to seeing Manhae So much that I have to FaceTime her and let them have their own conversation lol! I love that she takes care of basic needs food, water, and being present; However there’s a general comfort in knowing that I have left my darling in the hands of someone who has the knowledge and care to provide when I’m not there; A piece of mind knowing that I do not have to worry. Don’t let me get started on Kita (my Retriever mix)!

Schedule
I am available part-time from 1 pm to 7 pm, with flexibility in my schedule. Please note that my evening hours may adjust as the days get shorter for personal safety reasons.

- I would like to know the safety plan and vet emergency contact, health accomadtions, how their temperament is, and how they react to noises and things around them while walking and at home. Anything that is unique to them from the commands they listen to or the gestures. Routines and tasks for them should be written down in detail to ensure a lack of confusion.
