Our dog hates to travel and we are a family that loves to travel! Not traveling leaves us stressed. Traveling with our dog is worse! So we're super thrilled to find someone we know we can trust to give our dog "the good life" while we get to experience some of that ourselves again. We know Mandy because she teaches our daughter how to ride horses. Mandy is surrounded by animals and clearly they enjoy her as much as she enjoys being around them. For anyone who needs a pet sitter we definitely recommend.

Schedule
Pet sitting, horse training and horse breeding are my primary full-time jobs. With that said I have full control over my schedule and I’m happy to accommodate most of our pet owner needs. We look forward to having your dog stay with us.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
All dogs are allowed to have free rein of my house and are taken out to potty and play every few hrs, unless they need more at which we provide that. We pet them, play with them and really make them feel at home. We keep all dogs separate at feeding times. Safety is always # 1 I don't have kennels I have horse stalls that I can put dogs in for short stents of time. They are lined with shavings Most of the time dogs remain with me in the house. I offer a Pick up and drop off as well for an extra fee.

A typical day
I typically have dogs out at my ranch and they stay with me at my house. I have a big yard for them to run around if they have good recall if not, I do have a fenced in run around area for them and I also have horse stalls which make a good place to get some wiggles out get some fresh air without being inside the house. It’s kind of like a kennel with shavings. If that’s something people are not interested, I don’t have to use it, but with higher energy dogs, I often will put them in there for just a little while while I’m feeding my horses so they can wiggle and jump around while I am doing my chores then they come back inside with me. They get to eat whatever meals that they have at home and however they are fed at home. They get fed here the same way so it’s really an experience that feels just like at home.
