DOG RUNNER!
Give me all the big goofy misunderstood pups, senior dogs that need their space, and special needs pups!! I have over 30 years of experience with dogs. I am in the process of retiring from the military. ALL of my free time is dedicated to my dogs and YOURS. I have fostered adopted and worked with countless dogs of all ages and breeds over the years, and understand firsthand how uneasy it might feel to leave your special pup at a house, day care or loud kennels that don’t personably suit your specific needs. I’ve been there MANY times over the years when traveling with my job and it was nerve wracking. Now it’s time for me to be the one to help in these situations. I will provide one on one attention, exercise, and relaxing time with your pup, and will have a bedroom dedicated for him/her in a comfortable home setting. At night, I will sit with him/her until they are settled in their bedroom, I board one dog at a time, unless it’s 2 from the same family.

I am SO grateful to have found Amanda. I have a 60lb pitbull who is pretty timid. Amanda has always been communicative and reliable - she confirms dates, checks in, send pictures and a report card. I trust her at both my home and having my dog boarded at hers. Amanda also helped me pick up my dog Princess from double cruciate limb surgery! She lent me a crate pen, AND took my dog out on a sling in winter when Princess was initially post surgery and I was so overwhelmed as a single dog Mom. I highly recommend Amanda and am SO grateful to have her in our life. 🧡🐾
I'd rather eat glass then use Mandy ever again. 1st time on Rover , I was a bit disheveled as I am a truck driver and was home on a Friday night after missing my birthday on Wednesday ( 55 a big one !!) We met, I apologized for having a hangover but wanted my beautiful puppy Misty to sn enjoy a nice long walk as I have a necrotic hip and walking far hurts .. It apparently went very well for Misty until she came home and peed on the floor, I yelled of course and put her in the crate to clean it up .. Mendy left but 4 hrs later I've got animal control investigating me for neglect. Misty has been having this issue for awhile which I'd why she is scheduled to to a professional board and train facility for 2 weeks .. I know it was Mandy because officer told me my name. My dog breed and they I had 2 cats .. I contacted HR and she wouldn't reply.. Rover support won't do anything at all but give me a credit to use the service.. should I risk it because they won't refund? Probably
Mandy is so professional. She had pen and paper in hand and taking notes at our first meeting. She even made a special visit late night to make sure the aminals were OK after a nasty thunder storm ran thru the area. The animals loved her. Even my shy calico was rubbing up on her by the end of their week together. I can't imagine having any other sitter after seeing the care Mandy took of my babies.
We cannot say enough good about our experience with Mandy. She is kind, reliable, and managed everything spot on for our dog, who was happy! Mandy is a true animal lover and highly recommended!

Mandy was so amazing and we could tell from the very first interaction when we met her, she loves and enjoys caring for animals. We needed a very last minute drip in visit and she said as so flexible and accommodating! Super easy to work with - I wish there were more like her! Definitely would hire her again!

Schedule
All dogs are amazing, but rescues have a true place in my heart, I am highly experienced with them bc I fostered, adopted, and raised them, and learned how to provide specific care that adheres to each individual dog’s various needs. ❤️🩹

Safety, trust & environment
Exercise and fun activities such as backyard play time, nature walks, pup cups and fun car rides, supervised free rein around the house with me. Safety #1, then comfort and exercise are my main priorities! If I have to leave the home it will never be for more than 2 hrs, and will leave on you tube dog tv.

If you have a high energy pup- I promise they will come back happy and tired! I treat all dogs with the same care I have for my own.
