Are you planning a trip? I would be delighted to care for your beloved pet during your absence. I offer boarding services for animals at my residence and can also provide check in and walks at your home. Recognizing that some animals, particularly cats, may be more at ease in their familiar environment, I am accommodating to such preferences. In addition to my boarding services, I am a Registered Veterinary Technician employed part-time in Charlotte. My professional experience includes working with animals of various sizes, behaviors, and ages, including senior animals. Having rescued a senior bulldog myself, I have a special fondness for caring for elderly animals. I understand the importance of maintaining a stable routine for pets, especially indoor outdoor cats. While I have two cats of my own, they are accustomed to the presence of other animals. I strive to minimize disruptions to their lives and ensure a smooth integration with visiting pets. My approach is characterized by patience, particularly with timid dogs, and I find that animals tend to quickly warm up to me. To ensure a harmless experience for both your pet and myself, I propose a preliminary meet and greet session. This allows us to access compatibility and ensures your pet's comfort in my home or yours. For animals under my care, they typically enjoy free roam of my house and access to the enclosed backyard. I maintain a secure and fenced environment to guarantee their safety and well-being. I Consistently communicate with owners, providing advance notice if there are periods when I won't be at home and specifying the duration of such instances. Furthermore, I have installed cameras in every room of my house to ensure continuous monitoring and maintain transparency regarding or pets well-being. When providing in-home care, I am flexible in accommodating to minimize destructions to your pet's routine. I am committed to maintaining a permanence and comfortable environment for your pet during my visits. Mandy took care of our three senior dogs over an extended weekend. She was on time and communicated well. She did not hesitate to clarify ambiguous instructions and continued to provide updates even if we were unavailable to respond.

Mandy kept in contact the entire time my pup was with her, complete with pictures. She really helped keep me at ease, as I get anxious being away from him.
We have a sweet Aussiedoodle that has heart issues. She requires meds 4 times daily and lots of potty breaks. Because of her health, we were so anxious about leaving her for so 9 nights away while we would be out of the country. Not only is Mandy a Registered Vet tech, but as soon as we spent 5 minutes meeting her we knew we were leaving Pepper in good hands. She sent us pictures and loved our dog like she was her own. We will be using Mandy any time we need a pet sitter!
Mandy was amazing!!! My dog is disabled with separation anxiety - she gave him a lot of love and care and even took him to the vet when needed - she stayed in contact with me and provided several updates daily. Choose Mandy!

Schedule
I work part-time as a veterinary technician here in Charlotte and also dedicate part of my spare time caring for animals. Additionally, I am a pet owner myself. My residence is equipped with a fenced yard and a screened in porch connected to the back door, providing a secure area for animals to move freely.
