I had an amazing experience with Dr Manal, and I can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals.she took the time to understand my dog routine, personality, and needs, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Throughout the time I was gone, they she kept me updated with messages and photos, which really reassured me that my dog was happy and well cared for. It was obvious that she went above and beyond not just meeting basic needs, but spending quality time playing, walking, and giving attention. When I returned, my dog was relaxed, healthy, and clearly comfortable, which says everything about the level of care they received. It’s not easy to trust someone with your pet, but ts he really made it effortless. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and kindness, and I will definitely be booking her again in the future.
