I cared for my own two cats for over 5 years (they’ve since passed), and I’ve always loved being around animals. I’ve lived with dogs (thanks to dog-loving roommates and family) and I’ve dog-sat for friends for many years. I’m an expert cuddler, feeder, walker, and all-around caretaker. Whether your pup loves playtime or prefers a calm, cozy environment, I’ll treat them like family. I work hybrid, so I’m home most days, and my husband is also home most days. Between the two of us, your dog will always have company, we make sure pups are never left alone for more than 3 hours at a time. We have two kids (5 and 2), so we need dogs who are very kid-friendly and can sleep through the night. If you’re unsure about either of those, our family might not be the right fit. I’m especially great with affectionate dogs and seniors who need a little extra care and patience. Your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and belly rubs while you’re away! (Additional note: I’m happy to board larger dogs, as long as they’re older and super mellow. As a short woman, I just want to make sure I can stay in control on walks, and with small kids at home, I’m mindful about dogs who won’t jump up or accidentally knock them over.)
