I work from home and have plenty of time to take care and play with your babies. I can work with your schedule to find the best fit. I do have school aged children and must drop them off and pick them up on weekdays. They are excellent helpers when they are home. They LOVE dogs, too!

We have a big fenced yard, one friendly boy dog and two kids that will love to play with your babies and keep them company. I also have plenty of treats if allowed! For walks and visits, I will work with you and your schedule so your pets keep their routine while giving them lots of love.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors so I can be prepared. If you have special tricks that help calm them, I would appreciate knowing that, too. Please also let me know their favorite things to do and ways they love to be petted (i.e. behind the ears like mine). Are they allowed treats or can you provide treats for me to give if they are on a specific diet? I can't wait to meet your family!

We’ll play in our fenced backyard, check out new smells in the neighborhood when it's not burning hot, explore and, most importantly, get lots of love. We do not crate pets (unless requested) and they are welcome in any room of the house. We want them to be as comfortable as possible. I promise to keep them engaged and happy. For walks, I will greet them with lots of love and walk at their pace so they enjoy their time outside. For visits, we will play in your yard or, if it is too hot, play and cuddle inside.

I've taken care of dogs since I was a little girl with my family. For the past 20 years, my husband and I have loved two beautiful souls now in heaven and have had our sweet Shadow for 6 years. All have been rescues, two from The German Shepherd Rescue of Central Texas and one from APA. My family and I have also volunteered with Lizzy's Animal Hospice to show elder and/or terminally pups some well deserved love. We are loving every second we get to love on pets. We know that boarding is very stressful and we promise to take care of your babies and love them until you are home to love on them yourself. Everyone that we care for becomes part of our family and is always welcome. Please make sure your babies are vaccinated to keep all other babies that visit and our own Shadow safe. Thank you!

At anytime I drop my Bella off at Malu’s, I just know she’s gonna be well taken care of and that communication lines are always open. I have nothing but appreciation for Malu as a dog sitter. Top-notch in every way!
Malu and her family are amazing!!! Ecks had such a great time. We dropped her off for a week and Malu sent photos and Ecks came home so happy!
Malu has become our go to care for our dog when we go out of town. Super communicative and I know he is well loved and taken care of by Malu and her family.
Malu and her family took exceptional care of our pup for two weeks. He wasn't the easiest guest this time around, as he developed a hotspot a few days prior to his stay. They were incredibly attentive, making sure he was comfortable, monitoring the condition closely, and taking great care to help it heal without worsening. Malu also sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that our dog was being treated like part of the family. I would highly recommend Malu to anyone looking for a loving, home-away-from-home environment for their dog. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she provided.
