I hate to write this but I am disappointed with the professionalism of Malorie. At first she was prompt with responses but when scheduling a meet and greet she was over 45 minutes late. We scheduled her anyway for a walk and when the day came she showed up room our dogs out for less than 10 minutes and then left without any communication. She ended the walk over an hour later with no explanation until I asked why when we hired her for a walk our dogs did not get one. We were told there was an emergency that happened. Regardless of the reasoning for not taking them on a walk there was no communication on her part when she left early or keeping us in the loop, and there was no offer of a refund or partial refund since the services we paid for were not provided. I unfortunately could not recommend Malorie

Malorie was super responsive and took care of everything my cats needed while I was out of town! I could definitely tell she spent a good amount of time hanging out with them and making sure they had everything they needed and were stimulated. She even managed to get pictures of and pet my super skittish cat who almost always hides from strangers when they come into the apartment. A real feat in itself!! Super happy to know that someone who is so great with cats was around to take care of them and will definitely be booking her again!
