I’ve been around animals all my life. My mom started a pet sitting business when I was a teenager and I often helped with visits. My first job in high school was in a pet grooming salon where I learned how to bathe and later groom. I paid my way through college as a groomer working at a vet and also an animal behaviorist/trainer. I helped them out in my downtime with training and in the boarding area. I also spend my free time working with animal rescue groups and also photographing cats and dogs. I love animals so much and live with my two senior rescue pets, one of which has diabetes, so I’m no stranger to giving medication.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in my client’s homes in the manner they request. If they’d prefer their pets crated when I leave, I can do so, I’m also comfortable leaving them out in the house when I leave. I always scan the area to make sure there is nothing they’ve gotten into that can harm them. I am not comfortable leaving pets in the yard when I’m not present unless there is a dog door (and it’s not around a fireworks holiday).

Mallory was fantastic in taking care of our cat Mr. Nugget (aka "Nuggy"). Nuggy is normally shy and a bit standoffish with people. However, Malloy quickly became Nuggy's best friend, while sending us daily updates and photos of her and Nuggy's playtime. We will use Mallory again during future travels from home.
Mallory did a fantastic job caring for our hedgehog. She was communicative and respectful of our home. She even helped tend to our plants while we were out of town. We are very pleased with her services. Thank you again!

Great experience :) Loved the daily update photos she took of the cats while we were away. We came home to 2 happy cats!
Mallory was great with my cat. This was my first time using Rover, and I was so nervous to leave my cat in the care of someone I didn’t know. I loved that she reached out to meet my cat beforehand and become familiar with her and her routines. She was very responsive and followed all care instructions.

I work a flexible, remote, work from home schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for your furry family members during the times requested.

- I need to know if they have any special needs, are leash shy, don’t get along with other animals, try to escape, or anything along those lines. I also need to know their favorite treats!
