Hi there! My husband, Mitch, and I are big dog lovers and are happy you're here! The two of us are home intermittently throughout the week. Mallory is a graduate student at CU and Mitch goes into his office a every day. We live in a small condo in South Boulder with a fully fenced patio area. This area makes frequent potty breaks a breeze--and we have lots of walking loops and grassy areas just steps from our front door. Most weekends, we only go out for brief periods of time, so your furry friend will never be alone for long. Mitch and I recently lost our 17 year old dog who was one of the biggest joys of our lives. The loss was difficult- he was such a huge part of our everyday (and our family!). We're not quite ready to bring a new dog into the mix, but would be happy to have a furry friend to hang out with for a few days! We welcome dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Our biggest ask is that you provide thorough details with the ins and outs of how your dog functions best--as well as any behavioral concerns you might have. We prefer dogs that are fully potty-trained, and we also have extensive experience with senior care. We usually walk twice per day depending on the weather and make sure everyone is tucked in and settled before turning in for the night. When your pup is with us, we'll be excited to send you photos frequently so you don't have to worry about a thing while you're away! And of course, should you ever have any questions or concerns, we're easily available. When setting up a booking with us, please inform us of your dog's typical daily routine, any allergies or other health concerns, behavioral concerns, and anything else you think is important. We know the significance that pets hold in your world--and are here to give them not just food, water, and walks, but love and playtime, too!

This is our second time leaving our sweet older pup with Mallory and Mitch. They also have a senior pup, and the two seemed to coexist nicely. Mallory and Mitch were kind to our elderly gentleman and understanding of his quirks. We received daily updates, which helped us feel better about leaving him behind for the week. We would recommend Mallory and Mitch without reservation.

We are well-versed in feeding, medicine giving, walking, and playing time. Pet care is a part of our routine. Our dog that we recently lost was fully integrated with our daily routines, so we are ready for any kind of pet care!

We have a small fenced patio and tons of walking paths nearby that we love to take our dogs out on every single day for walks or playtime.
A typical day
We love to take walks around our neighborhood because there are lots of grassy patches and trees to check out, and it doesn't require riding in a vehicle. There are tons of nearby open spaces we love to visit, too.
