I've been around animals my whole life - dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, fish, lizards, hermit crabs...I don't know life without fur (or scaly) babies! Dog walking has always been very cathartic for me and it's never felt like a chore. I'm completely comfortable walking any size and any age dog and truly believe in treating any fur baby as my own. While I do love all animals, dogs are the most nonjudgmental and pure creatures; so who wouldn't want to spend time with them?

Safety, trust & environment
I’m very aware of animals’ safety and environments. I have experience with escape artist dogs who need to be closely monitored even when they’re fenced in. I have also cared for highly anxious dogs who need calm and consistent environments to alleviate their stress. I’m very adept in providing whatever environment the pet needs to feel safe and secure.

Schedule
I’m an elementary teacher and am available weekends and evenings. I also have the winter and spring breaks so during those periods my schedule has more flexibility for pet care.
