Between my boyfriend and I, someone is home with the dogs at pretty much any time of day! I’m at home every day and available to provide care 8-8 daily where most people would be working. I love dogs of all sizes (especially the big ones!). They’ll sleep wherever you prefer; in my room with the option of a king size bed with my pup and I, or we also have large dog beds around if they’re more independent- if you prefer kenneling at night I can accommodate that too, whatever you need so they feel right at home! I have a very flexible schedule to better facilitate pick ups/drop offs. My boyfriend may facilitate these for me if I have a doctors appointment or something else that would have me away from the house. Being that we live together, he helps keep an eye on everyone and helps with walks and going to the park and such!

I was an animal science major at Iowa state university, so I know a lot about dog behavior and health! I can administer oral meds as well as injections if necessary on whatever schedule you may need! I've had dogs in my home since I was 8 years old, sparking my love for all animals. I've been through petcos training for multiple dogs over the years, volunteered at humane societies all throughout high school, and actively participated in obedience classes with my own dog back when I didn’t know how to get the results I wanted.

Describe a typical day: I often take my own dog to ada Hayden for walkies! We also have 2 toy baskets full of ropes bones and balls! There will be plenty of play time as well as one on one interaction so your pup gets all the love, attention and mental stimulation that they may need. We will engage in mind stimulating games while here as well! Hi there! I’m a full time dog boarder and doggy day care provider; meaning I’m home all day to hang out with your pup! I offer nail trimming, baths and hair trimming as grooming services, as well as behavioral training help with all sorts of common issues (jumping up, harassing guests, reactivity with other dogs, pulling on the leash, etc).

Mallory did a great job. She went above and beyond to help Saraiah overcome anxiety. Saraiah is usually nervous in new places, but she ate and played and became comfortable through the techniques Mallory applied to lessen her stress. Mallory was great at communication and administered the supplements Saraiah needed. Saraiah was clean, well fed and happy! Thank you so much, Mallory! You are amazing!!
Mallory is always attentive, flexible, kind, and fun! Our dog loves her and she sends great updates and treats all dogs with so much love.
Mallory did a wonderful job watching my pup! She was super informative and gave wonderful updates and plenty of pictures 😁 Sadie was really happy as I could tell by the updates and videos, and she almost didn't want to leave because of all the friends she made!! I'll definitely be coming back to Mallory for dog care in the future
Mallory was super communicate, flexible and sweet. She took great care of Hank. Highly recommend and will book with Mallory again next time we need services in Ames!
