I work full-time, so some requests during the daytime are not able to be fulfilled by me. Pet-sitting is a second income for my household, so I mostly do it for fun to meet new animals. I adjust to your pet’s normal routine as much as possible.

I’ll follow your instructions while you’re away. Writing out a little daily itinerary is ideal! When I’m able to, I even stay longer with your pet than our scheduled time so that they can have lots of company while you’re away.

Let me know what your individual pet likes! I love making pets happy with their favorite activity, whether it be a walk or a ball versus a tug rope. Do they expect a yummy treat every time they come back inside from going potty? Say less, they can have everything they ever need when I’m with them.

Pet care experience
Mallory is a former (retired) licensed veterinary technician. She comes skilled in fear-free handling, and she was in the field for 13 years professionally before retiring. Medications (including insulin) are well within my range of ability, and I have worked with a lot of animals with special needs. I do currently work full-time, so there will be times where I am unavailable during the day. If your pets need walks while you’re away, fantastic! Exploring new neighborhoods with a dog is a lot of fun. I have an eye for detail, so if there is something off about your pet while you’re gone, I will let you know immediately (a limp, new eye discharge, etc.).
