A typical day of care starts with checking in on each pet’s routine and needs. For dogs, this includes walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and companionship. For cats, I focus on feeding, litter care, gentle interaction, and respecting their comfort level—whether that means playtime or quiet company. Throughout the day, I keep routines consistent, provide plenty of affection and attention, and make sure each pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for in their own home.

I grew up with both and now have my own 10-year-old cat, Winston, so I understand routines, body language, and the importance of calm, consistent care. I treat every pet like my own and focus on keeping them comfortable and stress-free.

From the very first day, we have never had a single moment of worry when she is caring for our pets. We know, without question, that they are loved and cared for just as if they were her own. She always checks in to let us know how our pets are doing, which brings us so much peace of mind. She also remembers the little things she learns about each of them, their quirks, preferences, and favorite comforts and makes sure to bring those small joys back every time she sees them again. That level of thoughtfulness means everything. I have a very hard time trusting anyone with the care of our pets, but I trust her completely. That alone is a true testament to how dedicated, compassionate, and attentive she is. We are beyond grateful for the love and care she gives our pets, and we honestly couldn’t imagine anyone better.
