Caring, Active & Experienced!
Throughout high school, I worked as a kennel attendant at Dogwood Kennels and Kattery, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds in both boarding and daycare settings. Now, as a student-athlete at Davidson College, I continue working with families in the area to provide dog sitting and boarding services. I have experience handling a wide range of dogs, including large breeds, food-aggressive dogs, highly active breeds (my mom has three Belgian Malinois at her home), shy dogs, and senior dogs requiring extra care. I just want to make your pet feel safe and comfortable, and I am so excited for any opportunity

Calorie was so helpful for our last minute request. She looks knows dog well, so Coco went along with her well right away. We will use her again.
Mallorie did a great job watching our 2 dogs while we were away for the weekend. She was great with communication and provided updates and photos throughout our time away.

This was the first time leaving our 6 month old dog and it was a fantastic experience. Mallorie was great and sent me updates & pictures. Our pup looked happy & sleepy in the pictures which is all I could have asked for!
We recently left our dog, Loki, in Mallorie’s care while we were out of town and had a great experience. She communicated well and sent us photos during our trip, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend her to others!

Schedule
I am a recent Davidson College Graduate and I now work at Davidson Day School as a Highschool Women’s basketball coach. I live in Denver, but spend most of my time in the Davidson, Mooresville and Huntersville area, so am open to all dogs in those areas too!

I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet I care for. In my apartment, I create a secure and stress-free space, ensuring dogs have plenty of attention, exercise, and anything else based on their needs. I can carefully manage feeding routines, and accommodate any special requirements. With experience handling all types of dogs, including highly active, shy, and senior pets, I tailor my care to make them feel at home. My goal is to provide a loving and structured environment where dogs feel safe, happy, and well-cared for.

A typical day
I like to go on walks , play fetch, and go to any dog parks around if possible! I love to cuddle and stay in also with dogs that don’t like to spend as much time outside, but grew up with Malinois, so am acclimated with high energy breeds!
