Welcome to our Ridgeside Cottage on the Hill! Are you looking for a safe, loving, and fun home-away-from-home for your pup? You’ve found it! Our cozy cottage sits on a ½ acre fully fenced property - basically a private dog park! I’m home all day and rarely gone for more than a couple of hours, so your pup will almost never be alone. Dogs live inside with us, get plenty of playtime, cuddles, and are always treated like part of the family! We know how much our pets mean to us, and we treat yours the same way! Dogs are like our children, and when they’re in our care, you can rest easy knowing they’re safe, loved, and spoiled with us. I’ve been caring for dogs full time for over 9 years, and I can honestly say this is my passion. I also have extensive experience in dog training and rescue work, which has given me the knowledge to handle dogs of all personalities and situations with patience and care. I truly love what I do — making pups feel safe, happy, and loved while giving their parents peace of mind. When your dog stays with us, they’ll be safe, spoiled, and treated just like family. Consider this their home away from home! 💖 Our family includes two dog-loving teens, a laid-back Chocolate Lab, and a sweet easygoing Mini Dachshund — all ready to welcome your pup like one of our own. 🐶 I don’t require dogs to be crate trained — crates are only used if it’s part of their routine at home or if they’re not fully house trained. If your pup uses a crate, please bring their own so they have a familiar, cozy space. 🐾 A Meet & Greet is required prior to booking for all new clients. This ensures your pup feels comfortable and that it’s the right fit for everyone. I don’t accept same-day bookings for new clients unless we’re able to schedule a meet & greet first. 💖 When your dog stays with us, they’ll be safe, loved, and endlessly spoiled — just like our own!
