Malia exceeded every expectation I had for a pet sitter. From our initial meet-and-greet through the entire stay, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to both my pets and my home. She provided frequent updates throughout the day along with lots of photos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Penelope and Hallie were receiving excellent care and plenty of attention. Malia followed all instructions carefully, kept in touch regularly, and treated my home with the utmost respect. When I returned, my pets were happy, relaxed, and well cared for, and my home was exactly as I left it. I could not have asked for a better experience.
