I am very disappointed with my experience. During the booking, there were long periods without communication, and I became concerned because one of my dogs is a senior and has different care needs. I booked a house-sitting service, but before the stay began, the sitter let me know she would not actually be staying at the house during the day. Because it was too last minute to find another sitter, I agreed based on the schedule she provided. She told me she would stop by before work, during lunch, after work, and then stay overnight if needed. Unfortunately, the care did not match the schedule I was given. There were multiple occasions where she would stop by briefly to let the dogs out and then leave again for several hours. At one point, my dogs went six hours without a potty break, and when I reached out to ask when she would be returning, I was only told, “The dogs are fine, I will be back soon,” without being given an ETA. The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress while I was away. The most difficult part of this experience was that the booking was canceled in the middle of the stay while I was out of town. I had to find emergency care for my dogs on very short notice, which cost me over $500. I was out of town because my grandfather had passed away, so having to scramble to find a replacement sitter during that time made an already difficult situation much more stressful. I appreciate that she was kind to my dogs when she was with them. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend her due to the lack of communication, the care not matching the agreed schedule, and the cancellation during an active booking.

Maleah was great with my kitty! She staying in communication and gave so many loves to make her feel comfy while we were gone. Looking forward to working with her again!!

We had a wonderful experience with Maleah! She truly went above and beyond to keep our dogs comfortable and happy while we were away. She took them on walks, made sure they were well cared for, and even vacuumed, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly sweet, reliable, and clearly cares a lot about animals. We would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!

Maleah is very consistent, sweet, responsible, great communication and cares for my little elder chihuahua like her own! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a consistent reliable dog walker :)
